“I’m invested in helping my clients thrive through the transformative power of a trusting therapeutic relationship.”

About Rachel

Hi, I’m Rachel. As a mom of two, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle parenting, relationships, and life’s many demands. I understand how this phase of life can shift the way you see yourself, your partner, and your overall sense of balance. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting moms, parents, and couples through these struggles, helping you navigate the complexities with compassion and care.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology from NYU and a Master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. With my professional background and personal experience, I’m here to help you rediscover strength, rebuild connections, and manage the challenges of parenting—whether it’s finding balance in your relationship, processing past trauma, or moving forward with confidence.

I truly believe in the transformative power of a trusting therapeutic relationship, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. This chapter of life is complex, but together we can work through it and help you thrive.

My Experience & Approach

I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, panic disorder, PTSD, and mood disorders. Therapy is not “one size fits all” for any of these mental health concerns, and often requires a flexible and adaptive approach.

Here’s how I approach therapy:

  • Holistic View: I assess my clients within their different systems (family, work, community) in order to have a better understanding of how we got here. We can then work together to target specific problematic behaviors or relationship patterns.

  • Flexible Methods: Whether you prefer a coaching-style approach (like CBT) or a slower, more relational method, I tailor my approach and strategies to fit each individual client’s needs.

  • Personalized Focus: Some clients focus on the future, others work through past trauma, and some a mixture of both. I’m here for all of it.

  • Diverse Backgrounds: My clients are from many different backgrounds and we work together to improve mental health, establish effective coping skills, and repair family dynamics.
